All 35 players got into the game and had a great time. First quarter touchdown by Frankie Weir, his first time scoring in 5 years of youth football. Second quarter touchdown by first year player Chris Lessard. Two-point conversion by Frankie Weir. On the following defensive drive, two sacks stopped the drive. Alec Leavitt with an 8 yard sack and Heniek Wykowski had a huge 15 yard sack. Returning to offense we scored another second quarter touchdown by Pat St.Martin. Followed with a two-point conversion by Pat St.Martin to finish out the first half with a 22 - 0 lead. Not stopping there, Chris Lessard scored on the first drive after the half. Quaboag started to put together a drive that went 33 yards, before Connor Churchill stripped the ball right into Khadeem Eddington's hands. Khadeem then took the ball 68 yards for a defensive touchdown, and a 34 - 0 lead. Back on defense Quaboag scored a touchdown.
Amazing stats for the day: Chris Lessard with 3 carries for 149 yards and two touchdowns.
No penalties by either team.
Quaboag played with a lot of heart and discipline, even when they were down.

Juniors Highlights:
9/21/08 Easthampton Win @ Mohawk, 26-6
Teamwork was the key to today's win. The Eagles really showed that they can play together as one team in all aspects of the game. Total offense for the day was 128 yards. 96 rushing and 32 passing. The ball was spread around as four different boys scored today. Sam Brodeur scored on a six yard run in the second quarter, also in the second quarter Nathan Laplante rolled out and threw a nine yard pass for a touchdown the Nathan Golob. The start of the third quarter saw Alex Burrell take the kickoff all the way for a 65 yard touchdown. The final touchdown of the game was a twenty yard run to the outside by Eric Fickett. Nathan Golob also kicked two extra points today. Defense played very tough today forcing two fumbles and only allowing 6 points. Thank you all for coming out and a special thank you to Mike Papineau for keeping the stats.
9/14/08 Easthampton Tie @ Ware, 18-18
What an exciting game today! Easthampton played really good on both sides of the ball and most importantly everyone had fun. Total offense was 194.5 yards, 128.5 rushing and 66 passing. Sam Brodeur led the team with 74 rushing yards. Sam scored on third and goal to tie the game 6 to 6 in the second quarter. Trying to take the lead the coaches chose to go for the extra point instead of the two point conversion, unfortunately it was no good. Don't worry we will do it before the end of the season! The second score took place just before the end of the first half when Nathan Laplante threw to Alex Burrell for a 20 yard touchdown pass. The final touchdown came in the fourth quarter when Hunter Leveille ran up the middle for a four yard run. Defense held there own today as well with Kevin Vandoudenhove leading the defense with 6 tackles as well as a blocked punt. Every boy played hard today and should be proud of their performance.
